Where does our jewelry come from?
For the creation of our Aurage jewelry, we favor manufacturers and artisans in France and suppliers in Europe.
All our jewelry is gilded with 18 carat (750/1000) or 24 carat gold.
We choose to adapt the gilding to each of our jewels to give them the longest possible life and allow us to offer you the fairest price.
What are the main materials used for our jewelry?
When designing our jewelry, we use materials such as durable brass and pewter, as well as silver for the earring posts to ensure maximum comfort for our customers.
Is the jewelry nickel-free, lead-free, and hypoallergenic?
Yes, all our jewelry is guaranteed nickel-free, lead-free and hypoallergenic.
We place great importance on the choice of materials we use so that they are skin-friendly and suitable for people with allergies.
What ring size should I choose?
To find the perfect size for your ring, we recommend using our size guide available on our website or reading the recommendations on the product page.
How are the jewels packaged?
All our jewelry is placed separately in cotton pouches and sent in an elegant and refined cardboard box.
What payment methods are accepted on our site?
We accept credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Paypal, offering flexibility to pay for your purchases securely.
Where do we deliver and how quickly?
We deliver throughout France and worldwide. For domestic orders, delivery generally takes between 3 and 5 business days from order confirmation.
For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, but on average, allow between 7 and 14 working days.
How to care for and clean your jewelry?
Our handcrafted products are delicate, which is why we recommend that you handle them with care.
To take the greatest care of it, we advise you to avoid:
-any contact with cosmetics, perfumes, chemicals or corrosive products
- temperatures that are too high
-water (hand washing, shower, swimming pool, sea, etc.)
-shocks
- sports or manual activities
-to put them together
The natural wear and tear of your jewelry over time is perfectly normal and will depend on the care you give it.
To clean them, simply use a soft cloth.
